If your ticket states Circle / Balcony unreserved seating this is the upstairs area where there is seating available. At some venues there are areas at the rear of the seating where people are permitted to stand.
Unreserved seating means you can sit anywhere and is first come first served. Please be aware that different venues have different restrictions in these areas. Normally the first 3-6 rows are strictly no standing.
O2 Academy Newcastle and O2 Academy Birmingham are strictly seated only in the balcony and no standing is permitted within the seated area.
Please don’t stand on seats, in walkways, stairways or aisles. If you do our security personnel will ask you to return to your seat.
We ask that you are mindful of those around you in these areas.
Unfortunately we cannot respond to any emails sent requesting stage or set times for shows. The venue does not have any control of stage times, length or content of the performance.
Approximate timings may be listed on the venue’s website and social networking pages as and when they are known to the venue, however this is not normally known until the day of the show.
If times are provided they will only be approximate and are subject to change so we ask that you only use them as guidance and arrive at the venue in good time to avoid disappointment.
The time on your ticket is the time the doors open and not the start of the performance.
Age restrictions for an event are detailed on the venue website event information and on ticketing sites when purchasing tickets.
Please ensure you read all the show details prior to booking tickets.
No children under the age of 8 years old. Those aged between 8 - 14 years old can attend but tickets for the circle/balcony/seated areas should be purchased and they must be accompanied by a competent adult over 18.
