Bars

All the venues can accept contactless payments including ApplePay on the majority of their bars. There are signs on the bars where this is an option.

The venues also have ATM machines on site.

The venue operates Challenge 25.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18, when you purchase alcohol. All customers who look under the age of 25 will be required to provide photographic ID when purchasing alcohol.

Free tap water is available from the bars.

If you want to purchase an alcoholic drink and are lucky enough to look under 25 regardless of the age restrictions for the event you will be required to provide ID.  Buying drinks for friends is fine, however if the person you are buying for looks under 25 then they will be required to provide ID as well as you.

If you purchase an alcoholic drink for someone under 18 you are committing a criminal offence which may result in you being ejected without a refund.

People over the age of 18 found purchasing drinks for those not of legal age will be ejected without a refund.

These are removed for safety reasons.

If you are on O2 and have the priority app you can get 2 Tuborgs or Somersby pints for the price of 1 this is also available on Pepsi Max and Lemonade.

Please note that it must be two of the same drink. Get your code from the app and show it to the bar staff that are serving when you order.

Due to licensing conditions in some areas it may only be the soft drinks on offer, details will appear in the app.

 

Food (this includes chewing gum) and drinks are not permitted. They will be confiscated on entry by security and disposed of.

 Free drinking water is available at bars throughout the venue on request and the bars also serve bar snacks.

 Any bits you think you think you really need to bring for health purposes please contact us using the form or make this known to the      security on the front door who will contact the Duty Manager & medical personnel to discuss this in private.

Sometimes certain bars are busier at different locations in the venue when others are quieter and at different times throughout the event. Therefore it may just be the bar that you chose to go to on the night. To speed up service we do ask customers to have their orders and payment ready. The teams work as fast as they can and we apologise for the delay in service and appreciate your patience.
